Hello everyone! I just wanted to report quickly on Sarah. Today was her fourth day of intensive physical therapy. She is doing AMAZING! She's walking on a treadmill for 13 minutes at a time while I'm slightly supporting her under her arms. She has wonderful gait pattern and does not need to be prompted to move her feet. She holds on to the railing (its a special treadmill) and looks up and around the gym at other people without missing a beat. After resting a bit from the treadmill (resting meaning doing exercises that don't involve weight bearing on her feet) she holds onto a walker and takes steps around the gym. The only support we give is walking behind her (so we can catch her if she falls) and the therapist puts her hands on Sarah's hands so she doesn't slip off the walker. Sarah was able to do an amazing 110 feet today with no TEARS! It has been a wonderful day for Sarah's new skills.

We are so proud of her!
